Over the past 10 weeks, the Arapahoe football team has won 6 games and lost four proving themselves to be 15th overall in the state over a rollercoaster season. Less than a week before week one, Senior Quarterback David Craig tore his ACL on the new turf field deeming him out for the season. Then, only a few weeks ago Senior Quarterback Jaden Schmeling broke his collarbone. This forced Sophmore Quarterback Cole Hansen to step up and start varsity. This isn’t the best situation for the warriors but I think that overall, in the long run, this will help Hansen develop and get ready for the next two seasons with Arapahoe. Our Warriors hosted a home playoff game against Castle View and won letting them advance to the next round which we lost against Ralston valley, ending our season in the second round of the playoffs. The warriors can’t wait for next season.
