Liams review on Rumours by Fleetwood Mac

Liam Natale, Confused critic

Recently I listen to an album called “Rumours” by Fleetwood Mac and here are my ideas about this album. At the beginning of this album, it was better than the songs towards the end.

With the first songs, there was Second Hand News, Dreams, Never Going Back Again, Don’t Stop, Go Your Own Way, and Songbird. Out of these six songs my favorite is second hand new with dreams being a close second. With these two songs, themes of the songs are just random day-to-day items. With these things, I more focused on the instrumental parts than the actual lyrics.  These songs were at a medium speed but had the same instrument type. This is more of my favorite part of the album because I already knew some of the songs before hearing this.

The other five songs (The Chain, You Make Loving Fun, I Don’t Want to Know, Oh Daddy, Gold Dust Women) in this album were on the same basic theme as the first songs but they just were not the same as the others. My favorite song from this section was The Chains. The chains were starting off slow but then as it goes on it get a louder bass and more powerful as it ended.

This was my opinion of this album which came out 50 years ago and still holds up to these current songs.
