Playoff lax is officially upon us. The warriors managed to fend off Kent Denver who came ready to play. The Sun Devils jumped out to an early lead of 2-1. Goals by Blake Widlund sparked a run to eventually put the warriors out to a 7-3 lead. Also the defense tightened up, only allowing a single goal in the second half making the final score 12-6. Great games by Ryan Carlson with 5 goals, Blake Widlund, and the defense. Next up for the warriors is the Mullen Mustangs in the second round. The Warriors have already played Mullen in the regular season and won 11-10. It will be a tough matchup but it is a winnable game. The Warriors are trying to make the semifinals for another consecutive year. Arapahoe is playing some of their best lacrosse and looked to continue their level of play and try to make a run for state.
