Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with either political party.

Twenty two women have accused Donald Trump of sexual assault, and Hillary Clinton has released classified information through a private email server. Both examples of bad character in a presidential nominee. These nominees could let Gary Johnson get the most votes ever by a third party, as they have so many negative accusations toward them. However, both accusations are not necessarily correct.

None of the women accusing Donald Trump are talking recent. They mean he assaulted them at least 10 years ago, some even 20. If it happened (We don’t know it’s validity), then they would have said something right after it happened, and then we would have proof. They didn’t even release this right when Donald began to run. Instead, they waited just weeks before the election, causing unrest to occur, because there is nothing proving or denying the claims. Obviously they just didn’t want Donald to win, so they said what they needed to stop him.

On the other hand, Hillary’s case with emails has just been reopened. It was first closed in July of this year, so either there is a lot of new information, or James Comey just doesn’t like Hillary. He is an independent, but previously a registered republican. Reopening the case this late really hurt Hillary’s polls, and might lose her the election.

With more to both scandals, we now know that both candidates are untrustworthy, but they might not have lived up to all of their accusations, if any.
