The Warriors have their last home game against Cherokee Trail tonight at 7. This game also serves as Arapahoes Senior Night for the Toms, Cheerleaders, and Basketball team. This game will also serve as a test to see how improved the Warriors are with the return of Ben Timmons against a very good Cherokee Trail team.

The Warriors are 8-13 and recently ended a 7 game losing streak to Cherry Creek. The biggest factor in that game was the return of Ben Timmons. Having him as a 5 allows Jared Johnson to play the 4. This big lineup makes the Warriors a much more dominate team. Mitch Sweeney has also hit his groove in the last couple weeks. Kyle Lukasiewicz has returned to his dominant form from the start of the year.

The 12-9 Cherokee Trail Cougars have been unbelievable since the return of their best player Jaizec Lottie. When he was injured the Cougars struggled but now that he is back Cherokee Trail is a championship contender. Lottie averages the most points per game in the state. With him back the Cougars are a team no one wants to play.

Prediction: An excited Arapahoe team upsets Lottieā€™s Cougars 63-57.
