We all are studying for final the night before or even the period before. While it may not be the smartest thing to do, it may be the time to do the best studying. Here are some tips to make the most of your time and to retain the most information.

• Don’t just reread the study guide but rework through some of the problems
• Ask other classmates for help
• Go in to see a teacher
• Create a study group
• Look through past notes and homework assignments
• Redo past study guides from previous tests
• Write things that you have to memorize over and over
• Have someone quiz you
• Create a quizlet
• If allowed a notecard, make the most of it

The best way to maximize your time studying is to plan out your week and see what off hours should be spent studying and not hanging out with friends.
