Strawberry Frozen Yogurt:
- 4 Cups frozen Strawberries
- 3 T honey or agave nectar
- 1/2 C plain yogurt
- 1 T lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, takes about 5 minutes

Homemade Granola:
Dry:
- 3 C rolled oats
- 1 C raw almonds, chopped
Wet:
- 1/2 C raw honey
- 2 t melted coconut oil
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla extract
- Toast oats and almonds in the oven for 10-15 min at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally
- After they are finished toasting, drizzle wet ingredient mixture over the oats, stir, and place back onto a baking tray in a single layer; let sit in the oven (turned off so they won’t burn) for 5-8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely

Coconut Lavender Lemonade:
- 4 C Coconut Water
- 2 C Water
- Lavender Syrup (to taste)
- 3/4 C Lemon Juice
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and shake/stir
- Lavender Syrup:
- Ingredients
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1 T Dried Lavender
- Purple Food Coloring (optional, but fun)
- Combine water, sugar and lavender in a saucepan and boil for 1-2 minutes on high heat
- Remove and let cool for 20 minutes
- Strain the lavender from syrup, add food coloring and stir into lemonade

Frosted Lemonade
- 2 C Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Cup Lemonade
Put in a blender and blend until smooth.

Grilled Peaches and Ice Cream
- 2 Ripe Peaches
- 2 Ripe Nectarines
- Canola Oil
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Honey
- Sea Salt
Heat Grill to medium-high heat
- Brush peach and nectarine halves with a small amount canola oil
- Place on grill and cook for a few minutes
- Rotate 90 degrees and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes
- Cook until grill marks appear and fruit starts to caramelize
- Remove from grill and serve with a scoop of ice cream in middle and drizzle with honey and top with sea salt 🙂
