  1. Red Rocks: Red Rocks is known worldwide for being one of the most impressive and beautiful concert venues. The angled rows ensure you will have a clear view from every place in the venue. The amazing rocks surrounding the venue provides beautiful scenery and stunning acoustics, making it a popular stop for many artists. A variety of artists play here; more popular artists like Twenty One Pilots and G-Eazy and smaller artist like Tame Impala and The Motet. Along with being a beautiful spot to experience your favorite band, it doubles as a popular place for people to work out and hike.
  2. Fillmore: Prior to being a venue, The Fillmore was a roller skating rink, which explains its large space and layout. The large middle area and elevated walkways along the side and balcony surrounding the venue makes it one of the largest general admission venues in Colorado. Along one of the side walkways is a small bar where you can get drinks and sit down while watching the show, if you are older than 21, of course. The Fillmore hosts shows for a variety of artists like Chance The Rapper, Two Door Cinema Club and Lukas Graham.
  3. Fiddler’s Green: Another beautiful outdoor venue is Fiddler’s Green, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Its most distinct feature is the large, slanted, grassy GA section in the back that can easily hold thousands of people in a comfortable setting while making sure everyone has a clear view of the show. The desireable view paired with the unique layout attributed to Fiddler’s Green earned it a national award for design from the American Institutes of Architecture.  Its large size and outdoor layout makes it a very popular venue for summer festivals like Big Gig, Locura Festival and Kool Koncert.
  4. Ogden: After being a venue for an array of performances like “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” and Houdini, The Ogden was bought by Nobody In Particular Presents Incorporated. The small capacity provides a more personal and up close concert experience. If you do not want the crowd surrounding you, you can go to the upstairs balcony and watch the show from above. Its small capacity makes it a popular venue for smaller artists such as The Wombats, The Oh Hellos and Grouplove.
  5. Pepsi Center: The Pepsi Center is The Denver Nugget’s home court and doubles as one of Colorado’s largest venues. With the expectation of giving an amazing live show to the audience, the Pepsi Center has amazing audio and special effects, making the show even more remarkable. It is very difficult to put on a show for such a big crowd, but with the large screens and staggered seats, it is easy to see the action. Its large size and urban location make it a popular venue for big artists such as Selena Gomez, Drake and Maroon 5.
